Refund Policy

Returns

All return claims must be submitted via email. To be eligible for a return, the item must be brand new and never installed. Carbon Fiber Items are final sale due to the fact that they are made to order, however some exceptions are made depending on the situation. This will be determined on a case by case basis. Generally, items are returnable within a 7 day period, as long as they’re still in their original packaging and free of any damage/use. If this time period has passed, unfortunately we are unable to process a return. In the event that a return is accepted, it is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back. Upon receiving the return, all items will be inspected. If you would like to return an item, be sure to email us at: vanessaluster@gmail.com

 

The following items are final sale:

-Wheels (Spacers, Stud Conversions etc.)

-Suspension (Coilovers, Springs)

-Tunes

-Custom Made Orders (Trim sets etc.)

-Lights (Tail lights, Headlights, etc.)

-Hoods

-Electronics

 
Professional Installation is recommended on all carbon fiber parts due to their nature.

Any item that has been installed, used, damaged etc. is ineligible for a return.

Order cancellations may incur a cancellation fee that ranges from 5 & 10%. This covers the merchant fees that are charged when an order is processed.

*Restocking Fee will be applied to all returns


International Orders

If your order is international (Address outside of the US), it may incur a customs fee which is levied by the government of the country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the customs/duty fees. If the customer chooses to reject the item and not pay these fees, a refund will not be given. Alignment Special is not responsible for paying these custom/import fees or duties. International orders are ineligible for returns.
